Position Introduction:
United Science & Analytics is seeking a talented Project Integrator to serve as the focal point of contact for managing information systems projects throughout the service delivery process to include scheduling, stakeholder communications, and coordination of all activities.
Position Description:
- As a Project Integrator, you will provide status updates to upper management, as necessary throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will manage the customer coordination, as it pertains to patch management tasks, and will support customer review board meetings, schedule and track deliverables, and coordinate with support teams and the customer on project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinating and scheduling all customer communications related to patching management activities
- Interacting with customers, management, and all service delivery teams
- Ensuring patch management deliverables are up-to-date
- Updating related project CMDB fields
- Updating and maintaining scheduled maintenance documents
- Supporting Operations Readiness Meetings and Operational Review Boards
- Assisting the Branch Duty Officer to address Operational Scheduling Panel questions and issues
- Interacting with various customer service providers to resolve process and/or technical issues
- Monitoring patch management events daily and updating customers, management, and other stakeholders, as required
- Providing daily activity, status, and business reports
- Communicating significant events
- Customer liaison to include reviewing customer surveys for customer satisfaction and conducting follow-up reviews, as necessary with customers and management
- Working directly with team leads and subject-matter experts in responding to data calls and external requests
- Updating and maintaining training documents and processes related to the job or position
Requirements:
- US citizenship.
- Education: Bachelor Degree + 8 years of job related experience.
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal communications skills.
- Experience with project management and/or integration.
- Knowledge of the Project Management Framework (PMF).
- Knowledge of the IT Service Management Framework (ITIL).
- Job related experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Requirements Management, Service Delivery Management, or Change Management
Desired:
- Experience working in a professional environment with senior level individuals is preferred
- Experience working in the customer space and ITSM is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and conform to shifting priorities and demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
